On Thursday evening, March 14, a gourmet evening was held at Restaurant Aesch in Walchwil.
The event was organized by the Walchwil Women's Community in collaboration with Restaurant Aesch to support local businesses. Brothers Beat and Dani Hürlimann took guests on a culinary tour de Suisse in four stages, accompanied by great local wines. 33 people were treated to regional dishes by young chefs Miriam Fassbind and Pascal Arnold. Host Beat Hürlimann hosted the culinary evening with a great sense of humor. A suitable wine was served with each course, with the host explaining the origin of the wines in detail. This evening left nothing to be desired and was a gastronomic hit! More such events would certainly be an enrichment for Walchwil.
