An as yet unknown perpetrator has felled several trees and shrubs on private property. The damage amounts to several thousand Swiss francs. The police are looking for witnesses.

Between July 2025 and the end of August 2025, an unknown perpetrator felled several trees and shrubs without permission on Chellenstrasse in Walchwil. These included three ash trees, one oak tree, two fir trees and five hazelnut trees. These trees are part of a protective forest and are located on private property. The damage amounts to several thousand Swiss francs. The felled trees and shrubs were left at the site.
