On Saturday (15 November 2025), the traditional Heimatabend of the 93-year-old Edelweiss Walchwil yodelling club took place in the well-filled community hall.

The yodelling clubs delighted visitors with their vocal performances and a varied programme. Sarah Müller hosted the evening, which was all about local heritage, with plenty of wit and humour. With her relaxed, humorous manner, she proved once again to visitors that they had not wasted their time coming to the Heimatabend. Various performances, such as alphorn players, traditional dancing and yodelling, transformed the community hall into a festive hut.

The raffle began during the interval. Once again this year, the lucky winners of a winning ticket could look forward to very attractive prizes. kh.
