In an entertaining Fourth Division match on Sunday (12 October) at Lienisberg between FC Walchwil and SC Steinhausen, the teams drew 3:3 (2:3).
The teams fought a thrilling battle that ended in a 3:3 draw. After falling behind 0:2 early on, FCW refused to be discouraged and showed character. Immediately after making it 1:2, the visitors increased their lead to 1:3. Shortly before half-time, FCW reduced the deficit to 2-3. They fought their way back and secured a deserved draw in the end. Once again, excellent scoring opportunities were miserably missed, and FCW was denied a clear penalty decision. kh.
