FC Walchwil: An annoying defeat

FC Walchwil suffered an annoying 2-1 (0-1) defeat against Brunnen b on Friday evening.

Despite a good first half from Walchwil, in which many chances were missed, the game ended in an unnecessary defeat. Walchwil played very poorly in the second half. Suddenly, nothing clicked at the front and back. Two counter-attacks by Brunnen b led to victory. Dominik Simoni scored the consolation goal for Walchwil in the 14th minute with an impressive solo run. The old football adage that you have to score goals to not get them proved true once again.
